One the first thing one must learn to become a quality public school dance educator, is what I like to call the Joy Factor. Technique, specific choreography all good, yet mean nothing without instilling that simple feeling of counting music and listening to the musician or music. Go clap for 8 stop for 8, then break it down to 4's kids love it....( key ages for this one are kinder through 4th. Dance children :)
